Filter servicing under this plan is performed by a Billi accredited service technician with guaranteed priority servicing. Genuine Billi parts and filters are used and filter changes are done at a set discounted rate. This plan is available throughout Australia and includes set & forget scheduled filter changes which you can have done annually, bi-annually or quarterly.

Blue Home Water Filter Service Plan

This plan is a DIY filter servicing option. Genuine Billi filters are delivered to you (free postage) on your selected months for you to install yourself. Technical support is provided via online How-To videos and phone support is also available.

Refillable CO2 Home Water Filter Service Plan

This environmentally friendly plan allows you to rent CO2 & Regulator packages, with a periodic refill service provided to the site (visit frequency can range from anywhere between weekly to annually). The service is performed by a Billi accredited service technician.
