All our replacement water filter cartridges are premium quality, offering the highest level of water filtration and are designed to filter out nasties along with improving water taste & odour. Because filters accumulate organic matter via the filtration process over time (which can lead to biofilm development), we recommend filters be replaced at least every 12 months.

You may need to replace them more often if you have high usage or are in an area that requires a higher level of filtration. Our filters have a 30,000-litre capacity (chlorine reduction) and will need to be changed before this capacity is reached to ensure ongoing optimal water quality and operation.

Alternatively, if you would prefer a professional to do it for you, we can arrange for one of our technicians to come out and replace the cartridge for you.
